Notice on Position Opening Restriction

On March 13, 2026, the aggregate position opening volume of a group of accounts with actual control relationship exceeded the intraday position opening volume limit on relative contracts prescribed by the Shanghai International Energy Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “INE”) . This trading behavior has violated the Article 16 of the Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange for the Administration of Abnormal Trading Behaviors. INE therefore decides to restrict the opening of any new positions by this group on corresponding contract.
