The filing of program trading refers to the business in which Clients engaged in program trading file their program trading activities with the Shanghai International Energy Exchange (the Exchange) via their account opening institutions.

The filing of program trading involves one (1) procedure, i.e. filing by Clients engaged in program trading.

Description for filing of program trading
（1）The account opening institution enters relevant information into the
Member Service System in accordance with the Exchange’s requirements;
（2）The Exchange carries out the review and approval procedure according to relevant regulations;
（3）The account opening institution obtains the reviewing result.
