Introduction

A Member may apply to the Exchange for addition of trading seat according to its business need.

Procedures Involved

The Guideline for Trading Seat totally involves one (1) procedure, i.e. trading seat application.

Description for Trading Seat Application

(1)A Member submits trading seat application materials to the Exchange, including trading seat application form, trading seat application report, etc.;
(2)The Exchange reviews relevant materials in accordance with relevant provisions, and conducts technical inspection over the newly applied trading seat(s);
(3)The Exchange notifies the Member to conduct a mock test of its trading system;
(4)The member conducts mock test of its trading system, and fills in the test results;
(5)The Exchange determines whether a member is required to pay system maintenance fee for the additional trading seat(s) in accordance with relevant provisions;
(6)The Member receives the payment notice;
(7)The Member remits the system maintenance fee for trading seat(s) into the Exchange’s designated account; and
(8)The Member receives the notice to access trading seat(s).
