Recently, the Shanghai International Energy Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “INE”) has received the application materials from Guangken Rubber (Satun) Co., Ltd., Guangken Rubber(Mekong River) Co., Ltd., Guangken Rubber (Thai Southern) Co., Ltd., Teck Bee Hang Co., Ltd., Thai Hua Rubber Public Co., Ltd., Thaimac STR Co., Ltd., Nam Hua Rubber Co., Ltd., Rubberland Products Co., Ltd., and Sri Trang Agro-industry Public Co., Ltd. to change TSR 20 product labeling.

In accordance with the Delivery Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange, INE has decided as follows:

1. INE approves the update on the product labeling of TSR 20 produced by 17 factories under the 9 registered enterprises mentioned above, as follows:

2. TSR 20 produced by 11 factories under the 6 registered enterprises including Guangken Rubber (Satun) Co., Ltd. on and after January 1st, 2026 with the new product labeling can be used for standard warrant issuance and physical delivery. TSR 20 produced before January 1st, 2026 under the original product labeling can still be used for standard warrant issuance and physical delivery.

3.TSR 20 produced by 6 factories under the 3 registered enterprises including Nam Hua Rubber Co., Ltd. on and after January 15th, 2026 with the new product labeling can be used for standard warrant issuance and physical delivery. TSR 20 produced before January 15th, 2026 under the original product labeling can still be used for standard warrant issuance and physical delivery.

4.Standard warrants that have been issued under the original product labeling can still be circulated until expiration.

All concerning parties shall attach great importance to relevant business and make sure that the delivery process runs smoothly.
