Recently, Shanghai International Energy Exchange (hereinafter referred to as INE) has received the application of Dalian North Oil Petroleum Logistics Co.,Ltd. for increasing the active storage capacity for crude oil futures. In accordance with the Delivery Rules of INE and other applicable rules, we hereby decide to:

1.Approve Dalian North Oil Petroleum Logistics Co.,Ltd. to increase the active storage capacity of its crude oil delivery warehouse located at Sha Tuozi, New Port, Dalian Bonded Zone, Dalian, Liaoning Province, from 100,000 m3 to 200,000 m3.

2.As of the date of this Notice, Dalian North Oil Petroleum Logistics Co.,Ltd. shall offer designated delivery storage facility services according to the approved active storage capacity, strictly abide by all relevant rules, strengthen operation management, and ensure the sound functioning of such services.
