Circular on Adjusting the Open Interest Threshold of the Underlying Futures Contracts for Listing New Contracts of Crude Oil Options

All related parties,

As from November 10, 2025 (i.e. from the continuous trading session on the night of November 7), the open interest threshold of the underlying futures contract for purposes of listing new crude oil option contracts shall be adjusted to 5,000 lots (single-counted).
