On October 10, 2025, the aggregate position opening volume of ×× Fund (85053839) Group (Group Number: B6004461), a group of accounts with actual control relationship, exceeded the intraday position opening volume on Containerized Freight Index (Europe Service) Futures Contract EC2512 prescribed by the Shanghai International Energy Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “INE”) for the first time. This trading behavior has violated the Article 16 of the Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange for the Administration of Abnormal Trading Behaviors. INE therefore decides to restrict the opening of any new positions by this group on corresponding contract for 5 trading days.
