Recently, Shanghai International Energy Exchange (hereinafter referred to as INE) has received the application of Shanghai SIPG Bonded Warehousing Management Co., Ltd. In accordance with the Delivery Rules of INE and other applicable rules, we hereby decide to:

1、Approve Shanghai SIPG Bonded Warehousing Management Co., Ltd. to decrease the approved storage capacity of its bonded copper delivery warehouse located at No.389, Shunyun Road, Yangshan Free Trade Port, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, from 60,000 tons to 10,000 tons.

2、From the date of this Notice, Shanghai SIPG Bonded Warehousing Management Co., Ltd. shall offer designated delivery storage facility services according to the approved storage capacity, strictly abide by all relevant rules, strengthen operation management, and ensure the sound functioning of such services.
