China Certification and Inspection Group Inspection Co., Ltd., Technical Center for Industrial Products and Raw Materials Inspection and Testing of Shanghai Customs District, SGS-CSTC Standards Technical Services Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Orient Intertek Testing Services Co., Ltd. are the Designated Inspection Agencies of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange for the Low Sulfur Fuel Oil (LSFO) futures.

To standardize the inspection practices in the physical delivery of the LSFO futures, in accordance with the Low Sulfur Fuel Oil Futures Contract of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange, the Delivery Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and other relevant rules, the above-mentioned Designated Inspection Agencies for the LSFO futures have jointly revised the Low-Sulfur Fuel Oil (Futures) Inspection Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange (Trial), which has been filed with the Shanghai International Energy Exchange. It is hereby announced to the public. The revised version will take effect on January 1, 2026. Standard warrants generated before January 1, 2026 shall remain valid until their expiration dates.

China Certification and Inspection Group Inspection Co., Ltd., Technical Center for Industrial Products and Raw Materials Inspection and Testing of Shanghai Customs District, SGS-CSTC Standards Technical Services Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Orient Intertek Testing Services Co., Ltd. will strictly abide by the revised Low-Sulfur Fuel Oil (Futures) Inspection Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange (Trial) and spare no effort in providing fair and accurate inspection and testing technological services for all relevant parties in the physical delivery of the LSFO futures at the Shanghai International Energy Exchange.

In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese version and English translation, the Chinese version shall prevail.
