On March 4, 2026, the aggregate position opening volume of 21 groups of accounts with actual control relationship exceeded the intraday position opening volume limit on relative contracts prescribed by the Shanghai International Energy Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “INE”) . These trading behaviors have violated the Article 16 of the Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange for the Administration of Abnormal Trading Behaviors. INE therefore decides to restrict the opening of any new positions by these groups on corresponding contracts.
