Notice on Position Opening Restriction

On May 15, 2025, the aggregate position opening volume of ×× Fund (03498983) Group (Group Number: B6001005)，a group of accounts with actual control relationship, exceeded the intraday position opening volume on Containerized Freight Index (Europe Service) Futures Contract EC2508 prescribed by the Shanghai International Energy Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “INE”) for the second time. The aggregate position opening volume of Gong(00464116) Group (Group Number: B6003362)，a group of accounts with actual control relationship, exceeded the intraday position opening volume on Containerized Freight Index (Europe Service) Futures Contract EC2508 prescribed by INE for the second time. These trading behaviors have violated the Article 16 of the Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange for the Administration of Abnormal Trading Behaviors. INE therefore decides to restrict the opening of any new positions by these groups on corresponding contracts for 1 month.

On May 15, 2025, the aggregate position opening volume of Gao(03762681) Group (Group Number: B6005449)，a group of accounts with actual control relationship, exceeded the intraday position opening volume on Containerized Freight Index (Europe Service) Futures Contract EC2506 prescribed by INE for the first time. This trading behavior has violated the Article 16 of the Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange for the Administration of Abnormal Trading Behaviors. INE therefore decides to restrict the opening of any new positions by this group on corresponding contracts for 5 days.
