According to Futures and Derivative Law of the People's Republic of China, Regulation on the Administration of Futures Trading, Measures for the Administration of Futures Exchanges, and other applicable rules and regulations, Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) drafted the INE Containerized Freight Index (Europe Service) Futures Contract and proposes to revise the Membership Management Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange, the Trading Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange, the Clearing Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange, the Delivery Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange, the Risk Management Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange, and is requesting public comments on these rules.
