Having been reviewed by the Board of Directors on June 13, 2017, the Shanghai International Energy Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “the Exchange”), a subsidiary of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, has approved the membership of 9 futures firms pursuant to the Membership Management Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and relevant provisions.
For the next step, the 9 futures firms shall enter into an agreement with the Exchange and complete relevant procedures within thirty (30) trading days after receiving the notice of admission. If relevant procedures are not completed within the prescribed time, the futures firm is deemed to have voluntarily given up its membership.
